But when I do consulting, I apply several of the Wardley mapping concepts without mentioning it. The principles and patterns apply, but it is easier for me to adapt those to their language than teaching Wardley Mapping as part of the consulting engagement.
Sometimes, there are people that know the tool, and then we use it, but it is only a nice to have.
