Next 13th of June, I will be speaking at DevBcn 2024 about how to design and execute your engineering strategy.

The talk

I gave this talk in a couple of occasions, but in each iteration I improve it.

For this edition, I will adapt the talk to include:

• My engineering strategy journey and how I evolved to influence the culture. A short version of this post.

The outcome of the strategy becomes culture

• Which metrics guided the strategy and why those metrics.
